Application
Packaged compressor stations are designed to compress (prepare and compress) air, natural gas, associated petroleum gas, to obtain an explosion-proof gas mixture (compressed and dry air) from atmosphere air at the place of operation with the purpose of further processing, transportation or use. Station working schedule is 24 hours per day.
Area of usage:
- The station carries out natural gas treatment for the following operations:
- gas pumping;
- generation of the required gas pressure for gas transportation, storage, processing, separation into components;
- gas supply to a gas turbine station;
- gas supply to gas electrical power piston generator;
- increase of oil recovery by injecting a high-pressure associated petroleum gas into a well;
- to produce gaseous nitrogen from a compressed air.
- The stations are designed to solve the above mentioned and other tasks at such facilities as:
- wells with low gas pressure at the outlet;
- wells with low production rates as compared to those operating wells from the same reservoir;
- wells that drastically reduced the flow rate during operation while maintaining a pore pressure;
- wells with a clogged bottomhole zone during drilling or overhaul;
- long idle wells after drilling, overhaul or underground repair;
- for cleaning, purging and pressure testing of pipelines, processing operations with wells, for driving pneumatic tools and also in other processes.
Versions
The packaged compressor station consists of compressor equipment that is installed in a protected unit together with electrical fittings and elements of life support of the station. Gas compressors of various types are used at the compressor station. The selection of a compressor depends on the requirements of the customer..
Operating conditions
The stations are designed for operation in moderately cold climate (NF) at the temperature from -40˚С to +40˚С in accordance with GOST 15150. They do not require additional shelter from atmospheric precipitations.
These stations are equipped with venting, heating and lightning systems as well as fire alarm system.
Advantages of the packaged compressor stations:
- the ability to install compressors of various types (a piston type, a screw type with an electric drive, a screw type with a drive from a diesel engine, centrifugal compressors, blowers, booster compressors and high-pressure compressors);
- full automation and the ability to output information and control the station via PC. It does not require the presence of maintenance personnel near the compressor station;
- the stations are designed to meet safety requirements as well as environmental requirements;
- the stations do not require any expenditures for capital construction, foundations and shelters; they are portable and can be transported by any mode of transport (by rail or by truck).

auxiliary equipment including heat exchanging equipment;
engineering systems.
Compressor stations of BCS and PCS types are produced according to a questionnaire filled up by a customer.
