PGB-50-2-1.2-OG-U1-PG gas regulating unit

Application:
PGB-50-2-1.2-OG-U1-PG gas regulating unit is designed to reduce high and medium natural gas pressure to a low one and automatic maintenance of this pressure within the specified limits, automatic gas supply shut-off during an emergency increasing or decreasing of outlet pressure beyond allowable values, gas purification from mechanical impurities and gas temperature maintenance within the set range. The unit is applied in gas distribution and gas consumption systems.
Name of the unit:
PGB-50-2-1.2-OG-U1-PG gas regulating unit is equipped with RDBK 1P-50/25 pressure regulator and gas heating equipment. As well this unit has two pressure reducing pipelines, with maximum working pressure of 1.2 MPa. A climatic version for this unit is moderate climate (N1).
Basic technical data and description:
The unit is designed for operation outdoors in macroclimatic areas with moderate climate (N) and the 1st location category.
Designed snow load 180 kgf/m² conforms the requirements of the 3^rd territorial area; wind load 30 kgf/m² as well conforms the requirements of the 2^nd territorial area.
In the compartment with processing equipment explosion hazard area class is V-1a and complies with the requirements of the Russian Electrical Code (PUE). Fire hazard category of the compartment with technological equipment is explosion hazard, A (the Russian fire safety regulations NPB 105-03). Fire hazard category of the compartment with heating supply system and ACS TP of the unit is G (the Russian fire safety regulations NPB 105-03).
