Header Unit and Water Injection Distribution Manifold (HU) are designed to distribute, measure flow and pressure of technological water being supplied to the injection wells of formation-pressure maintenance system (FPMS).
Header Unit is designed for operation in macroclimatic areas with moderate climate (N), moderate cold climate (NF) and cold climate (F). Climatic modification of HU depends on construction area in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15150-69.
Explosive area class of the process unit is V1a. Hardware unit is installed in an explosion-proof area.
The header unit consists of two units: process and hardware. HU has a unit configuration. Equipment is situated in a heat-insulated compartment. Units have a welded base (material of base is steel profile) with safeguard.
Process unit includes:
Electrical equipment installed in the technological room of the unit (room heaters, lighting, fan, sensors) is controlled from a control cabinet located in the hardware unit.
For convenience of maintenance HU is equipped with manometers on each pressure line, as well as a transition platform above the pressure pipelines.
Equipment that must be in HU and its options for its placement is determined by the Customer in accordance with the questionnaire or design assignment.
