PGB-50-1-1.2-OG-U1-SG gas regulating unit with ACS TP and remote measurement
Application:
PGB-50-1-1.2-OG-U1-SG gas regulating unit is designed to reduce high and medium natural gas pressure to a low one and automatic maintenance of this pressure within the specified limits, automatic gas supply shut-off during an emergency increasing or decreasing of outlet pressure beyond allowable values. The unit is applied in gas distribution and gas consumption systems.
Name of the unit:
PGB-50-1-1.2-OG-U1-SG gas regulating unit is equipped with RDBK-50-35 pressure regulator, SG-EKvz-Р-0.75-250/1.6 (1:100) gas flow measuring skid and a gas heating. As well this unit has a main (working) and a backup (bypass) pipelines, with maximum working pressure of 1.2 MPa, a climatic version for moderate climate (N1).
Basic technical data and description:
The unit is designed for operation outdoors in macroclimatic areas with moderate climate (N) and the 1st location category.
Designed snow load 180 kgf/m2 conforms the requirements of the 3rd territorial area; wind load 48 kgf/m2 as well conforms the requirements of the 4th territorial area.
In the compartment with processing equipment explosion hazard area class is V-1a and complies with the requirements of the Russian Electrical Code (PUE).
Fire hazard category of the unit complies with the Russian fire safety regulations NPB 105-03.
