UPTPIG-30 Fuel, Startup and Pulsed Gas Treatment Station
Application
A fuel, startup and pulsed gas treatment station with the capacity of 30,000 Nm3/h is designed to:
− to purify natural and associated petroleum gas from mechanical impurities and condensed moisture;
− to heat gas and to maintain gas temperature at the outlet at the specified range but not less;
− to reduce gas pressure (to decrease inlet pressure to the set value at the outlet and its automatic maintenance);
− to measure gas flow;
− to odorize gas.
Basic technical data and characteristics
UPTPIG-30 “Goluboye Plamya” is a skid-mounted facility with process equipment that are installed inside it. The fuel, startup and pulsed gas treatment station consists of the following units:
UPTPIG-30 “Goluboye Plamya” is installed outdoors in macroclimatic areas with moderate climate (N) and the 1st environmental class according to GOST 15150.
Designed snow load of 120 kgf/m2 complies with the requirements of the 2nd territorial region. Wind load of 38 kgf/m2 complies with the requirements of the 3rd territorial region according to the Construction Standards SNiP 2.01.07-85.
